Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the Loyalty Flights website and services (“Loyalty Flights”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What we do

Loyalty Flights is a flight search and information tool. We show fares, estimate Avios and miles earning, calculate potential companion voucher savings and let you save searches, wishlist flights and track fares. We are not an airline, travel agent or booking platform: we do not sell tickets, take payments or issue bookings. When you choose to book, you are taken to the airline's website and your booking is a contract between you and that airline, on its terms.

2. Fares and information

Fares, availability, taxes and fees come from third-party data providers and airlines and can change at any time. Prices shown may be cached, may differ from the final price on the airline's website and are not guaranteed until you complete a booking with the airline.

Avios and miles figures, tier point estimates and companion voucher savings are estimates based on published programme rules and the information you give us. They are provided for guidance only. Each loyalty programme decides what you actually earn or redeem, and its rules can change without notice. Always check with the airline or programme before relying on a figure.

Loyalty programme content on this site is for general information. We are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by British Airways, any other airline or any airline alliance. Airline names, programme names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify them.

3. Your account

Some features require an account. You must be at least 16 to create one. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account, and you agree to give us accurate information. Loyalty balances, tiers, membership numbers and voucher details are entered by you, and you are responsible for keeping them up to date.

You can stop using Loyalty Flights at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@loyaltyflights.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
  • scrape, crawl or extract data from the site or its API by automated means, other than ordinary search engine indexing, without our written permission;
  • overload, disrupt or try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its API or other users' accounts;
  • reverse engineer the service or resell or redistribute its data;
  • enter loyalty programme details that do not belong to you without the account holder's permission.

5. Alerts and emails

Tracked-flight alerts are sent on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee that an alert will be sent, or arrive in time, for every change in fares or availability, and you should not rely on alerts alone when planning travel. You can stop alerts at any time by removing the tracked flight from your account.

6. Subscriptions and payments

The core flight search is free. Paid plans (Bronze, Silver and Gold) unlock higher limits and extra features, as described on our pricing page. Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual billing period until you cancel. You can cancel, change plan or update your card at any time from Plan & billing in your account. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not refunded pro rata; you then move to the Free plan. Plan changes take effect immediately, and we charge or credit the prorated difference for the rest of the current period.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may cancel a new subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund by contacting us, unless you have asked us to start the service straight away and used it. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. If a renewal payment fails, we may move your account to the Free plan until payment succeeds.

7. Third-party sites and services

The site links to, and relies on, services we do not control — including airline websites, sign-in providers and flight data providers. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual property

The site, its design, software and original content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial travel planning. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of it except as allowed by law or with our permission.

9. Availability and changes

Loyalty Flights is currently free to use. We may change, suspend or withdraw any feature, or the whole service, at any time. We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

10. Liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties about the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of the information it shows.

We are not liable for any loss arising from fare or availability changes, booking decisions, the acts or omissions of airlines or loyalty programmes, or any indirect or consequential loss. As the service is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to £100.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the “last updated” date above and, for significant changes, let signed-in users know by email or on the site. If you keep using the site after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you may also be able to bring proceedings in your local courts and rely on the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
